Official-document research
Based on the cited documentation. We did not use the product, purchase a plan, or run quality, speed or reliability tests in this review.
Consider it for
- Teams building an operated agent service
- Developers needing configurable state and interfaces
Choose another approach if
- A managed service with no infrastructure responsibility
- Assuming unlimited free model usage
Pricing and conditions
Documented terms
Free manages local AgentOS. Pro is $150/month with three seats and one live connection; extras are $30/seat, $95/live connection and $300/month SAML. Enterprise is custom. ISO currency, tax and regional checkout were not established. The free runtime excludes your model, hosting, database and operations costs.

Pricing or terms sourceCode, model and service licensing
The linked Agno code is Apache-2.0 and requires applicable license, notices and modification markings on redistribution. It does not grant model weights, provider services or every control-plane entitlement. The pricing page describes browser-to-runtime access without Agno keeping a data copy; the runtime documentation separately makes external providers, tools and telemetry configuration-dependent. The linked hosted terms and privacy pages returned no readable body, so their contractual processing, retention and content rights were not confirmed. Self-hosting is not a whole-chain privacy guarantee.

Overview
Agno separates building, running and managing an agent platform. The SDK defines agents, teams and workflows; AgentOS exposes a configurable FastAPI runtime through REST, MCP and other interfaces; the Control Plane lets teams inspect and operate connected runtimes. Database state, authentication, durable jobs and multi-replica transport require deployment choices rather than following automatically from the framework name.
AgentOS runs in your infrastructure and the control plane connects from the browser. External model providers, tools and telemetry still follow your application configuration. Evaluate it by defining the runtime, database, permissions, monitoring and failure-recovery responsibilities your team can operate. This review does not rank its speed, integration breadth or maintenance quality against other frameworks.
