Overview
Bardeen now sells to go-to-market teams rather than to everyone with a browser: the homepage's own summary is source leads with an agentic web scraper, qualify them with AI, reach them with contact enrichment. The mechanics are browser extraction from pages that offer no API, AI qualification of the scraped rows, and verified contact data, with output pushed to CSV, Google Sheets, Airtable or Notion and onward into CRM, communication and project tools. Prebuilt automations cover real estate, recruiting, private equity and events. Pricing is metered in credits, not seats: Basic is $10 a month for 100 to 500 credits, Premium $50 a month or $480 a year for up to 10,000 credits a month, Enterprise is custom, and there is no free plan, only 100 standing free credits.
Do the credit arithmetic before subscribing. Scraping, searching and AI qualification cost one credit per row while enrichment costs three, so a 10,000-row enriched list is 30,000 credits, past what Premium grants in a month, and unspent credits expire at renewal, so buy only the month you run the campaign. It suits SDRs, recruiters and researchers who need lists from public pages and will check the samples themselves; it is a weak fit where accuracy must be guaranteed, since the scraper reads whatever a third-party site currently displays and a redesign breaks the flow. It is not a sending platform or a CRM, and the SOC 2 and GDPR claims are the vendor's own.
