Calendar providers, attachments and shared material retain their own rights. The privacy FAQ says forwarded emails go to Google Cloud Vertex AI, are deleted after processing and are not used for AI training; extracted results remain on Flexibits servers. Watch sync, proposals and Openings have separate server paths, so this is not a service-wide zero-retention guarantee.
