Configured third parties have separate terms and can receive data. Maia's underlying-LLM no-training statement and AI Toolkit's no-training claim are feature-specific; the Toolkit also documents 30-day scenario interaction logs. Google Workspace API's generalized-training restriction is likewise narrow, and no platform-wide no-training or zero-retention commitment was established. Overview
Make connects app actions in visual automation scenarios and offers AI modules and configurable agents. The new AI Agents version is an open beta: instructions, knowledge and tools can connect modules, scenarios, MCP servers or other agents. Availability, behaviour and pricing can change; successful autonomous execution was not tested.
Billing credits differ from operation counts. A normal operation often costs one credit, but AI can also consume model tokens, pages, files or runtime. A custom provider can bring a separate provider bill. Maia helps build and modify scenarios but its system card says it cannot run, activate or deactivate them; users must review changes and execution permissions.
