On Productive and Business, the AI assistant can draft messages and search email, calendars, contacts or canned replies; configured rules and MCP connections can extend actions and context. AI can use Missive-managed credits or organization-configured provider keys. The managed option uses US provider accounts and a provider-cost markup; BYOK follows the chosen account's fees and data terms.
