Soundraw is a background-music generator built around structure rather than a single prompt: choose genre, mood and tempo, then after generation toggle instruments off, change intensity and set the length, with mute and solo at bar level in the editor. That makes it the tool for scoring to picture — the intro that runs too long, the section under a voiceover that needs the drums gone. The licensing is where to slow down. The page offers a worldwide, perpetual licence for commercial and personal use across YouTube, Spotify and TikTok, and says you keep full royalty ownership on streaming platforms — but it is a licence, not an assignment of copyright, and no exclusivity is claimed, so nothing states that another user cannot get a similar cue. Distribution rights are also plan-dependent: Creator gives unlimited monthly track downloads in audio form, while platform distribution appears only in the artist tiers, at ten downloads, twenty, or unlimited with high-resolution files.
