Voiceflow is where conversation design survived the LLM wave: a canvas for flows, fallbacks and knowledge, so product, CX and engineering can share one agent instead of a graveyard of prompts. You still pick a model; the product is the orchestration and the collaboration around it.

Compared with Botpress it is more design-studio; compared with a raw LangGraph it is slower to express an exotic loop and faster to ship a support agent a PM can edit. Pricing climbs with seats and usage. If the buyer is a CX team that will not live in Git, this is the default canvas.
