Current Studio Free Tier assets are Recraft-owned and personal/non-commercial; paying later does not convert them. The vendor's 2024 FAQ preserves commercial use for pre-2024-08-12 free assets without ownership, and TOS7.5 separately licenses designated Community Assets for personal/commercial use. Paid-generated assets are assigned to you subject to terms, including no AI-model training. Studio inputs/assets grant broad rights with training enabled by default and an account opt-out; private visibility is not a no-training guarantee. API terms separately assign outputs and prohibit Recraft training on API assets, subject to support/legal exceptions and optional storage; MCP uses the active subscription's rights and third-party AI has separate policies. Obtain third-party rights; no service code/weight license is transferred.
